AL's Knick-Knacks is a store based off the concept of trending products, or as we like to call Knick-Knacks. Our products fufill customers needs/wants by selling to you at an affordable price.   • Refunds

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at alsknickknacks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items: 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
    -Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Exchanges: 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds:
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Shipping may take up to 30 days (at most) and may vary product to product. We understand that 30 days is a long increment of time, but we suggest to you that the waiting is worth it.

    Shipping policy

    All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    Local delivery

    Free local delivery is available for all orders! We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

    International Shipping: None at the moment.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at alsknickknacks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alsknickknacks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
